the location was marvellous and particularly good: shopping centres and a bakery were within walking distance.

The breakfast was well supplied and set up. The shared bathroom was spacious. Free parking available. Neat and tidy surroundings. Convenient location to the race track, hotel, and beach. Homely atmosphere. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Easy access to the freeway and highways.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a comfortable stay with another 2 nights. Had an iron/ironing board, TV, and a dining area in my budget queen room.

The room was comfy and budget with lovely bed. The breakfast included toast and cereals for everyone. The location was exceptional, near the ocean. It was also close enough to the beach, cafes and a couple of restaurants, a big shopping centre and the lively great restaurant.

It is a nicely decorated and modern hotel with pleasant view of the ocean. The staff is active and great, and the host too. The property has a great location near the station;)))

The B&B provided a laid back and relaxed experience. The house was modern and well-maintained, with plenty of space and natural light. I especially enjoyed the views of the sea and the stunning sunsets from the windows. The breakfast room was spacious and had a large table where I could work on my laptop. The availability of a Nespresso coffee maker and a filled-up fridge for guests was a nice touch. Additionally, the location was convenient, with the beach just a short stroll away. I loved starting my day with breakfast at a nearby coffee shop and having dinner at a great restaurant in the area. The availability of Uber made it easy to get around without a car.

That the B&B was fully booked, so I couldn't extend my stay. Additionally, getting into the city required taking a bus and train, which might be inconvenient for those wanting to stay out late.

Their breakfast option with hot drinks on offer and fruits and juices is tasty and exceptionally good, put others we have been to shame...

Everything is perfect here, had a perfect stay with another 2 nights. As for me location is good, just off quiet beach, pub, fish & chip shop, coffee shop, restaurant and the lively great restaurant. Make sure to get deluxe double room with a large table for the guests, bath, as example.

I had an amazing stay at this B&B. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything in perfect order. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and patio area. The location was a dream, being so close to the beach and offering easy access to cafes and shops. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast selection and the friendly staff who made me feel right at home.

The location was perfect, close to the stunning beaches and delicious dining options. The breakfast spread was EXCELLENT, especially the variety of gluten-free options. The view from the deluxe double bedroom was jaw-dropping, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Karen, the host, was super welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The swimming pool and outdoor seating area were great for a chat in the sun. a mind-blowing stay with beautiful company.

She picked us up from the airport despite our flight being delayed, saving us from a potential problem. The room was cozy and the breakfasts were delicious. The views from the terrace were stunning, although the weather limited our enjoyment. Karen was always available for a chat and provided great suggestions for places to visit in the area. We felt at home throughout our stay and would definitely stay here again.
